​All products are shipped with Posten Norge AS. We only ship to Norwegian postal addresses, and have a fixed shipping price of 55 NOK. We offer free shipping on all orders over 700 NOK. Normal shipping is 2-3 business days, but during holidays longer delivery times must be expected. Annevera AS does not take responsibility for delays caused by Posten Norge AS.

All packages are sent as Parcel in the Post Office delivered by the Post Office.

​If desired, you can also choose to pick up the jewelry at a delivery location here in Tjøme by appointment. You can choose this when you are at the checkout and you will be sent an email when the jewelry is ready so that we can make further arrangements.

Production time

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. We therefore have a production time of 2-7 business days (in addition to 2-3 business days for shipping) depending on the size of the order or whether we have the item in stock. If faster production time is desired or you have other questions regarding this, please contact us - we will find a solution!

Return & exchange

If you regret a purchase from us, the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act applies. Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the date you received the item if you wish to withdraw. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item. You as the customer are responsible for the product arriving and are responsible for the return costs. We will refund the amount as soon as we receive the product from you. ​Contact us by email and we will find out.

How to care for silver and gold-plated silver jewelry

All our jewelry is made in 925 silver and the gold-plated ones have a thin layer of gold on the outside. The actual price of our jewelry is for our design and the work we put into each piece of jewelry. There is a small extra cost in the price difference between these, which is for the gold itself and the work it takes to gild them.

To ensure that the gold plating lasts as long as possible, it is important that you take good care of your jewelry. Therefore, take it off when showering, washing your hands, sleeping, or doing other physical work that can cause the gold plating to wear out faster.

Gold-plated jewelry cannot withstand polishing or buffing like silver jewelry, so avoid using jewelry cleaner on it. Please contact us if you need to have your gold-plated or silver jewelry cleaned as we have the equipment we need to make it as good as new again.
